About us

Who are we?

​​We are Ken Taylor and Mark Berryman and we formed Clarity Solutions in 1996 having spent 10 years with one of the major manufacturers.  We are ably assisted and supported by our friendly and personable team of highly skilled service engineers and office based support staff.  Clarity Solutions is an office of the Clarity Copiers Group and our national framework allows us to go further afield for customers who require it.

What do we do?

​We supply a variety of office solutions including  both new and used digital photocopier and print solutions, visual solutions including BIG PAD interactive displays and professional signage, print management software and visitor management solutions.  We are also able to offer a number of acquisition options including purchase, lease and rental together with  service, maintenance, reconditioning and toner management throughout Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.   Our clients range in size from low-volume 'sole traders' and start-ups to high volume multinational corporations, and we support many charities and government organisations including defence establishments, schools and colleges.

How do we do it?

​Our recent move to much larger premises has enabled us to create a showroom and meeting room giving customers the opportunity to attend demonstrations of the latest MFP devices and explore the features and test the quality of output for themselves.  With our strong partnerships with Sharp,  Olivetti and Sindoh we are able offer competitive pricing for some of the best, award winning products available in the market. We also have a large workshop facility where our fully trained and experienced engineers conduct maintenance and fully refurbish used stock for re-sale or short-term rental.  We are proud to do our bit for the environment too by recycling used toners and plastics and metals from end-of-life machines.
