Short term printer rental for builders

Temporary solution
Construction companies typically install temporary offices on site for the duration of the build, equipped with everything they need to make the project management elements run smoothly. Our construction customers tend to have project durations of 12 to 18 months so the normal 3 or 5 year lease arrangements for multifunctional printers aren’t suitable. We supply printers on short term rental contracts so they don’t end up paying a premium or incurring early lease termination costs.
Mud no problem!
Our intrepid engineers aren’t phased by having to install a machine into a first floor Portakabin on a muddy site! It’s all part of the job and as with any other installation they won’t leave until everything is set up properly to network scan, print and copy.
Avoiding downtime
The volume of technical drawings and paperwork that is handled by these machines means it is imperative that replacement toner is available on site so that work on site isn’t held up. We use Print Audit reporting software which monitors toner levels and alerts us in plenty of time to dispatch replacements to site before they are needed.
If any technical issues should crop up with the machines we fix them using remote access technology where possible to ensure a swift return to full working order.
