The Sharp Optimised Visitor Management System is a fully customisable touchscreen based system that allows employees, contractors and visitors to sign in quickly and efficiently, saving receptionist time and limiting personal contact. If preferred, visitors can use their smart phone to scan a QR code to enable them to enter their details on their phone rather than the touchscreen. Visitors' hosts are notified automatically by email or text message. Frequent visitors can take advantage of the fast-track sign in process as the system will remember their name and who they visited last time, and visitors can also be pre-registered. Couriers can use a dedicated on-screen delivery button to drop off packages, with notifications sent to the recipient.
Acquiring consent for data protection purposes is built in to the sign in system, it can also be used to ensure that all people on site are aware of relevant health and safety procedures and record their agreement. Rules can be set to make sure that visitor information is securely removed from the system on a regular basis.
The Optimised Visitor Management System can be linked to a camera and printer if required, to enable visitors to print off their own visitor badge, showing information configured to your specifications. It can include visitor and host details as well as a unique identifier number or barcode which can be input or scanned as they sign out.
Real-time reports can be produced to identify exactly who is in the building at any time and send notifications in the event of an emergency or evacuation situation. This up-to-date database of contacts can also be used for track and trace purposes should this be needed.
