Clarity Solutions was formed in 1996 by Ken Taylor and Mark Berryman after we had worked together for 10 years at one of the major printer and photocopier manufacturers. As part of the Clarity Copiers Group, we supply printers, photocopiers and big screen technology to a variety of businesses in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. Our customers range from low volume sole traders and start-ups to high volume multinational corporations, and we support many charities and government organisations including defence establishments, schools and colleges.
Our team of highly skilled engineers and office-based support staff share our strong commitment to excellent customer service so you can always be sure of personable, friendly and knowledgeable support whether it’s your initial contact with us or you’re a valued long-term customer.
We attribute our longevity to that ethos coupled with keeping abreast of all the technological changes in our industry and being agile enough to embrace them. Our engineers regularly update their product knowledge by training with manufacturers so they are well-equipped to solve any issues that might crop up, either remotely or in person on site.
When they’re not out on the road, our engineers can often be found in our workshop. This is where your new printer or photocopier will be checked over and set up prior to installation, where we repair printers that need a bit more tlc than we can give them in situ and where used stock is refurbished and tested before being made available for re-sale or short-term rental.

What happens to a photocopier at the end of its life?
We return the machine to our workshop facility where it is stripped down into the various metals and plastics. Then they go off to a local recycling facility.
How safe is my data on the photocopier's hard drive?
All photocopiers have the facility to format the hard drive either as you use it, or at the end of life. Many Sharp machines have military grade security features – call us on 01905 721400 for more information.
Is it possible to get a copy of my last invoice / statement?
