INSTALLATION

When your new printer is delivered you need it to be up and running as soon as possible so you can crack on. We run an efficient installation procedure and never let it drag out over a few days because of the different processes needed to complete it.

Our engineers are skilled in ALL aspects of a full installation so when they arrive with your photocopier they won’t leave until they have done EVERYTHING that is needed for you to be able to use it.

Assemble

First, they will position your printer where you need it and fit any additional paper trays or finishing modules correctly.

Connect

They will connect the printer to your network and make sure communications are working as they should.

Set up

Individual computers will be set up and tested for printing and scanning. If any laptops are not in the office this can be done remotely at a later date.

Train

Once everything is up and running we will train your staff how to use the printer and get the most out of functionality that is particularly applicable to your business.

Set up
