Here’s how we do it…
Take out a Clarity Solutions Service Agreement and get the peace of mind of knowing that anything you need for your printer or photocopier in terms of consumables and maintenance is covered in a monthly or quarterly invoice based on your usage. So no unexpected invoices for expensive parts or call out charges should anything breakdown.
If you decide a Service Agreement isn’t for you, you can contact us when you need to for consumables and maintenance which will be invoiced accordingly.
Many technical issues with your printer or photocopier can be resolved remotely by our engineers so you can get back up and running swiftly. As a Service Agreement customer you have the option to add Connectivity Support to your contract. This begins three months after installation when any initial teething problems have been sorted.
Connectivity Support includes any help you might need by telephone or Splashtop remote access software to solve connectivity issues related to printing or scanning, whether you operate over a server network or standalone.
