In these unprecedented times we would like to reassure our customers that we will be continuing to serve you as normal unless legislation dictates otherwise.

Being sensible, to minimise personal contact, we will make a few adjustments to the way our engineers solve problems for you:


Many technical issues can be resolved either over the telephone or via authorisation to access your system using secure remote access software. We will investigate whether this is an appropriate solution for you before attending on site.

If the problem requires an engineer to work on the machine physically we will telephone ahead to ensure that you are happy for us to be on site. Our team are all briefed on heightened hygiene procedures and understand the need to adhere to any additional procedures you may have introduced at this time.


At the moment our toner supplies are unaffected and we will continue to monitor your toner levels and send replacements as and when you need them. Please be assured there is no need to stockpile.
