You get budget-friendly service agreements

Our service agreements work on a cost per copy basis invoiced monthly or quarterly, and this covers all toners, maintenance and parts to make budgeting easy for you. We monitor toner levels remotely and dispatch supplies before they are needed so your productivity isn’t held up while you wait for replacements. If you have a problem with your machine we’re on the end of the phone and in many cases problems can be resolved quickly, either by our engineers talking you through the process over the phone or by using software to enable us to access your system remotely once you have granted permission digitally. In the event that the problem is mechanical and requires a site visit a combination of intelligent questioning when you report the fault and our engineers carrying a stock of replacement parts on their vans means in over 95% of cases we can fix the issue in one visit. Our service agreements are available to all customers regardless of how you have financed your printer, so even if you own it outright you can still have the peace of mind of knowing we are there to look after maintenance and consumables.
